Matthew Howells-Barby
Matt is Chief Growth Officer at Breakout, a prop trading company in the Payward, Inc. group. He previously ran growth at Kraken and spent seven years as VP of Marketing at HubSpot. He co-founded Traffic Think Tank, which Semrush acquired in 2023, and angel invests in a handful of companies each year.
Laura Howells-Barby
Starting her career in the education space, Laura spent several years working with education technology business in product management roles. This started with her time at MIT and continued into her role at Aula where she became a leader in the product organisation. Alongside all of this, Laura has significant experience building user-generated content sites with a focus on content monetisation.
